Submissions must be delivered to the New Media Center, 1140 Torgerson Hall, on mini-DV tape by Friday, March 20th. Submissions may be mailed to the address indicated on the submission form.

-Under 20 minutes long.
-Locally produced. (from the Radford, Roanoke, or Blacksburg area.)
